On behalf of Shell, support and drive the site construction execution plan developed by Fluor
On behalf of Shell, support and drive the development of the construction schedule by Fluor, with particular focus on the Heavy Haul, Heavy Lift Logistics and Civil scope
On behalf of Shell, support the Civil tender process, including the scoping, evaluation and selection of the incumbent
On behalf of Shell, support and drive the development of a safety leadership program to be implemented upon restart of the project
On behalf of Shell, support and drive all necessary construction preparation activities leading to an effective re-start of Early Works in the second half 2025
On behalf of Shell, act as the Civil Construction Manager, in preparation and execution of the work scope
