Some knowledge of chemical terms does help in entering the data, similar for English.
If the resource has the ability of touch typing - that would be appreciated.
The position requires a level of independent working. A candidate with a HAVO / VWO or equivalent level is preferred.

The job entails indexing, meaning entering in an Excell the titles of reports and other relevant data that will help us in future to find the physical item back in the archive which is stored with an external provider.
The titles might contain complex chemical substance names. Some knowledge of chemical name spelling does help.
Some already indexed files provide incomplete data. These files need to be found in the boxes, add the missing data to the Excell sheet and put back into the box where it came from.
For a SharePoint library metadata is added to files but one property is mentioned twice. Align both properties so the contain the correct data, when approved the redundant property can be deleted

Is the position still only for two weeks?
Answer: Yes, on a basis of 40 hours per week. Or better said we still need 80 hours of help.
If that is done fulltime or parttime does not matter.

Have you considered increasing the job group level?
Answer: Yes, I have thought about it, but I do need the permission of my management.
The decision is to put this job search on hold and try to find redundant internal staff

Is it possible to offer flexible working hours, such as 4 hours per day?
Answer: Yes, I am fine with that if the 80 hours are met.

I have a candidate currently working in The Hague who is not utilizing his full contract hours. He could apply for approximately 16 hours per week. Would this be sufficient for your needs?
