The Hub is on the lookout for exceptional individuals who can help the business to implement technology solutions in a cost-effective way by defining, analyzing and implementing technical project solutions. We are searching for an individual who can implement and deploy activities globally to businesses and countries with strong collaboration skills, and who is able to work with a diverse business and IT stakeholder.

What’s the role?
As a IT Advisor, you will perform IT software development work on project, enhancement request or defect fix request that may include Technical Estimating, Technical Analysis, Impact Analysis, Technical Requirements Definition, Technical Solution Design, Technical Specification & Acceptance Criteria, and Technical Test Plan design and execution. You will support the transition of the implementation into Shell Standard Service and Operation Model Key Responsibilities.
As a Subject Matter Expert, you adhere in understanding the requirement of a functional specification or user stories, ensure its completeness for next steps and able to resolve defects during test cycles and hyper care including incident/ problem management.

REQUIREMENTS

What we need from you
•    Minimum of 2 years salesforce.com development experience (triggers, apex classes, visualforce pages)
•    Excellent knowledge of Web Development (Ajax, Javascript, SOAP, HTTP, CSS Boostrap)
•    Salesforce.com declarative configuration skills/ salesforce developer 401 certification and Agile Project Development (product backlog, user stories etc) are mandatories.
•    Experience in SFDC Development/Reporting/Integration/Lightning is a plus.
•    Additional competencies: Ability to participate in design sessions, review options and provide recommendations while communicating the benefits, risks, and constraints to both the business and IT stakeholders
•    Experience with Version Control Solutions (e.g. Github, Sourcetree); SSO, FAAS; ERP integration is preferred.
•    Knowledge in CLM (Contract Life Cycle Management), SpringCM/ any other CLM product in Salesforce would be an advantage.
