As a Creative Solutions Project Manager majoring in design, you will have a unique opportunity to manage the end-to-end process on vast array of projects. You will focus in the category of Design and will be required to deliver projects ranging from small campaigns, effective presentations, digital apps, brand projects, marketing materials through to more complicated multi-channel campaigns which touches all.
WHAT’S EXPECTED OF YOU
• You have extensive project management experience gained in-house or with a creative agency, with a proven track record in marketing communications.
• You are able to translate a brief into a vision, objectives, activities, tasks and outcomes.
• You will bring sound planning, with clear roadmaps and budgets to allow the business to deliver against its goals.
• You are a sound judge of creative work, able to coherently argue the case for or against, based on the brief and factual accuracy.
• You will be a confident communicator with the gravitas to discuss and liaise with a range of different individuals, including your peers within Creative Solutions, business partners and our roster agencies.
• You will bring energy, commitment and a desire to learn in an industry more varied and multi-faceted than ever. We are looking for people who are passionate about making great work and bringing organisational flair to the team.

DIMENSIONS
• Manage projects with an individual value of up to $500,000.
• Manage the end to end delivery of up to 20 projects a month.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects ranging in complexity and scale.
• Deliver projects in accordance with the Contract and Procurement governance in Shell.
• Work alongside the Global Discipline Lead and Operations Manager to create scoping documents, lead mini tenders in line with Shell’s Contract and Procurement processes.
• Manage Issues and Risk within the projects in a proactive manner, set in place a plans of actions to keep projects on track.
• Provide sound advice to the Account Managers and Account Executives you are supporting.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with Delivery Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Provide direction on project scope and objectives ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
REQUIREMENTS
• Extensive project management experience working in other large, fast-paced agencies is essential.
• Budget management, controlling project budgets delivering savings driven through enterprise first behaviours.
• In-depth experience and a proven track record in Design, including but not limited to additional expertise in other Creative Solutions disciplines, such as: Event Management, Film, Digital and Social and Photography.
• Extensive knowledge in Brand, Design, Print, Digital, Social, Effective Presentation and Photography.
• Ability to manage projects within a wider range of channels which supports the delivery in Design.
• Good stakeholder management skills across all levels.
• Experience in delivering multiple projects of all sizes and complexity.
• The ability to think strategically about how Creative Solutions can add value.
• Third party and supplier management (such as creative agencies).
• Delivering to strict deadlines and difficult timeframes.
